Is it dangerous to sleep with your hair extensions in?

I am going to take them out but what if i come in after a night out and just forget? Will it damage my hair?Is it dangerous to sleep with your hair extensions in?

It's not 'dangerous' but it would be best that you take them out if they are the clip in kind. In the middle of the night they could snag and pull on your real hair. You may also ruin your extensions if they get all tangled up.
I never sleep in my hair extensions just because they can get tangled in your real and the clips are really hard to get out in the morning and can just damage the hair really.
Well, no it won't damage your real hair. But your extensions will get tangled. Your real hair might also get tangled in with them too. But you could always comb them. It's probably okay.
it can pull out some of your real hair. but other than that i think its fine.
