What is a curly piece hair extension?

I need a description, basically.What is a curly piece hair extension?
Most of the time if the package says, ';Curly Hair Extension';. It means its permanently curly. You can wash it and it will dry curly. Make sure its human hair before you put heat on it! Check out my Twi-Lights. They come in MANY colors and are very affordable.
