Does any know how to make hair extension less shiny?

well i got a paris hilton dream catcher 18'; long hair extension %26amp; its somewhat shiny so you can tell the difference between it on my hair. does any one know how to get rid of the shine? like does washing it rid the shine or hot oil treatments?or any secrets? thanks :)Does any know how to make hair extension less shiny?
that hair is synthetic, you can't really do anything about it


try making your hair look shiny with some hair serums

Are they real human hair? As synthetic hair tends to be much shinier then your natural hair...you can wash these but its best not to do it often as they will tangle because it isn't real hair! washing won't stop the shine if they are synthetic...


If they ar 100% human hair, they shouldn't be too shiny and blend in with your hair much easier..


If it were me i'd take them back and get 100% human hair extensions


they blend so much better and you can treat them like your own hair..
since its synthetic most likely... it will lighten eventually


don't use products on it or it will get damaged quickly.


maybe a light hairspray and a comb will help, next time get real hair extensions they cost a bit more but are worth it, you can wash them lightly and condition,use product straighten, and curl. ITS SO WORTH IT TO BUY THE REAL THING.


but until then, buy cheap so when it gets messed up you wont be upset.


hairspray and a comb are your best bet for now.
rub it down with viniger. thats prob the only way. the smell washes out so dont worry
