My hair extension track is showing. What should I do?

I have sew-in hair extensions, and really thin hair. Well the lady who did my hair braided too much of my hair so there's barely any of my real hair on top. so the tracks on the sides and back are showing and I don't know what to do. HELP?! I will choose a best answer.My hair extension track is showing. What should I do?
ahhhh, I had that problem too! Well first you should probably take them out if the track is showing a lot? Clip in extensions are amazing! you can get 14-18 inch ones, but if you have thin hair go someplace new and have them re-sewn? Sew-in extensions are bad for your hair though, I think it pulls at your hair and makes it thinner.
