Hair extension methods--which is best and causes less damage? Keratin bonding? Hair locs? Flat locs? ?

I am trying out hair extensions and am interested in different types. Which method costs less and causes less damage? I've been told that the Keratin bonding causes damage to fine, thin hair because of the hashness of the bonding removers. I've hair-locs, and they minimally show, but wondered if flat-tracs, microlines or any other methods are better.Hair extension methods--which is best and causes less damage? Keratin bonding? I think microlinks (i think there also called microlocs) are the best.

Its not just the removers that cause damage with keratin bonding, its the fact that there is so much stress being placed on the hair.

You get stress with micros too but its not as extreme as the link is so light (lighter than glue). Plus there is no heat or glue involved. Once you loosen or cut the link they just pop which=no damage.

Im not sure what the differences are with the others you named, i think we just call them different things here. im going to look them up and come back

read this for now and ill keep looking
