What's the best hairstyles for long hair?

My hair is getting freakishly long and although I love it long I don't know what to do with it. School is coming soon and I have no idea of what to do. Any ideas for a new cut and even new colors would really be appreciated. My current hair is like i said freakishly long and it's blonde on top and black on the bottom.I'm open to funky colors and even funky cuts.What's the best hairstyles for long hair?

lots of layers

curl it

straighten it

Hm, you shouldn't dye your hair though. One of my friends did and their hair ended up turning gray in the end because after two months or so, it fades.

Maybe you could cut your hair a bit and curl it?
