Quick hairstyles for long hair?

I have long (about to my elbows) straight hair (i do have a long side fringe but that doesn't really affect anything.)


It is quite boring and i need some easy hairstyles i can do with it

I have long hair, and I personally think long hair is beautiful. :)


Some simple hairstyles that are GREAT with long hair, are braids.


Try parting your hair to the side, and french braiding a small side section of your hair.


Or, braid your hair in a loose side braid for a more sexier look.


Play around with different types of braids.


Also, try playing around with different half ponytail hairstyles, they can look gorgeous on long hair if worn right. :)





If you want a more glamourous look, try using rollers.


They are SUPER easy and work GREAT.


I use rollers like two times a week, it gives your hair volume, gorgeous curls, AND you can even sleep with them on, so you can just wake up in the morning, take off your curlers, shake your hair, and walk out the door. :)

hrm... you could get a haircut. you could get some layers or make it thinner if it's really thick. but don't make it too thin because it doesn't look so good. unless you like to then go ahead. if you don't wish to get a haircut then you could make your hair wavy or curly so it doesn't look straight and boring. if you want an up do nothing is as fast as a pony tail haha. to make it look a bit more interesting you could just use a nicer hairband. you could also... braid it, french braid (look it up if you don't know how to do it) or a messy bun.





you could aaaalso do a poof with your long fringe. where you pull your fringe back on top of your head and sort of poof it up. and you can then do something already suggested with the back or whatever else you find =). oh you can also do the princess hair where you section your hair in two and tye the top section. then instead of just leaving it like that tye the bottom to the top section! wallah... =).

it really depends on your age. but i have long hair too and sometimes i find it hard to create new hairstyles that i like. an easy hairstyle i always like is if you pull back your fringe and brade it then keep plating whats left and pull it over to the other side of your head behind the brade. it looks good with straight hair and it's easy if you can brade.

I have long blonde hair and i have long layers.


I use a GHD every time i wash my hair. I straighten it out and then i do random curls through it and it looks awesome.


Like it looks like Elliot's hair from Scrubs.


And it's really easy!


just got to youtube to find out how to use the GHD (or a hair wand similar) and it honestly works really well.


and it doesn't take forever either.

so go to the hair dressers and get some layers cut into it. only long ones though (u don't want a mullet)
My Wife is like you, only has curly hair, when she has Straight hair, She often puts it in a small pony tail at the top, with a big clip to make it stand out a little more (other things i couldn't begin to explain lol)





Maybe you could go on a website and look at idea's and add your own style to that!
jump on the GHD web site they'll show u how to do some different thermal styling techiques that are easy for u to do....also go to ur hairdresser and ask them to show u some different styling techniques!!!
