Quick and easy hairstyles for long hair..?

I'm still at school, so I'm looking for really quick and easy to manage hairstyles that could last all day. I have thick, dark brown hair that's quite long and has layers, and all I ever seem to do is straighten it!


I have ghds, a hairdryer...and that's about it :) but i want to try a hairstyle that's a bit more exciting!

Take the front half of your hair, twist it and push it forward into a poof, and then secure with bobby pins! That's one of my favorites and so easy to do. Also, try back combing your hair to give it lots of volume, is another idea!Quick and easy hairstyles for long hair..?
lol i have the same type of hair, and a few things that i luv are: braiding it the night before while wet (4 braids) and when you take it down in the morning, it looks like its crimped. I also will pull the top half of my hair into a pony, then braid it down to my neck, then i make another pony with the end of the braid and the rest of my hair. The only other suggestions i have would be to play around with your part..u can use sparkly bobby pins or nice clips to hold in place, or let it fall over ur eye..
Curl the ends. It will radiate a sexy look and towards the end of the day, as the curls began to loosen, it will turn wavy giving you a somewhat natural, effortless yet still sexy look.
I have the same type of hair and I braid my bangs to the side or put them back. You can also put your hair in a messy pony tail or curl it when your straightening iron.
