Hairstyles for long hair?

I have long hair below my butt. i always leave it in a pony tail and i really need a change...i have tried curlying...my hair is superstraight so it cames right out.....and two pigtails or two braids make me look like pocahontas....i am really desperate...and getting a hair cut is out of the question.Help!Hairstyles for long hair?
when you curl your hair make sure you take a shower the day before then get very little pieces and put very little hairspray and den curl it from the top to bottom after your done put ur head down n mix ur hair all up and then put a bit more hairspray..it'll be wavy and casual looking.. or if your feeling kind of lazy just put on a low side pony tail and curl the ends and curl a couple of pieces near ur bangsHairstyles for long hair?

Long hair is hard to style, considering it has a lot of body and doesn't hold curl very well, like you'd said. Maybe you could try a cute messy bun, or something that makes your hair look different, even if the change is slightly different. Or try pinning it up in a banana clip. Just a few suggestions.
