I would cut it shorter, hair that long is a bit ';hippie earth child'; hair. I would cut it to mid back then it's easier to style and do things with. Maybe add some layers or something. Or bangs like Anne Hathaway in The Devil Wears Prada. Ask your hair stylist, they can be helpful!
