Any new haircuts and hairstyles for long hair?

i have waist length hair... currently i have layers haircut... every time i cut my hair i tend to look the same.... i even want to know if fringes would look good on me as i have a small forehead and an oval face...what could i do to look different may be i could try experimenting with new hairstyles as well....could u guys please suggest me some of them....Any new haircuts and hairstyles for long hair?

have layers around the face,then shave the rest of yopur head smooth.otherwise,i don't know how it could look much different
