What do the grams mean in hair extensions?

I want to buy hair extensions but theres a thing that keeps saying the amount of grams they are.


Does more grams mean more hair and is it better if i get extensions with more grams?What do the grams mean in hair extensions?
The more grams, the thicker the extensions. It's best to go for thicker extensions so they look natural. I get mine from http://www.HeadKandy.com their sets are the best quality and they look amazing! :)
