Should i get hair extension?

i have a friend who is going to do hair extensions on me but i don't know what type i should get. should i get sew ins or glue ins?Should i get hair extension?

I have had them for over a year now and haven't had any problems.


I am always being told I have such beautiful long hair because no one can tell they are extensions!
As much as people say glue ins are a mess and not worth it. they really are and it works best for making it blend in with your hair


sew ins are just too much work.
glue ins aren't really healthy for your hair and sew ins just look fake and tacky. I suggest just not getting it at all and just wearing your hair regular
