How often do you wash clip in hair extensions?

I recently got clip in hair extensions, %26amp; I was wondering about their care? Do you wash them while they are still in your hair [my freind does tha, but it seems wierd]? Is there a special kind of shampoo to use? How often do you have to wash them? Do you wash them one piece at a time or all together?


They are black 20-inch 16-width Remi grade ones, with 8 pieces, if that makes any difference.How often do you wash clip in hair extensions?
you just wash em as you would your mormal hair. You can leave em clipped in or take em out, it doesnt make a difference :)How often do you wash clip in hair extensions?
I would wash them separately because while your hair is wet it is fragile and the combs can cause unnecessary tension. You can use any shampoo just make sure you use a good moisturizing conditioner and lay flat to dry to maintain body and softness.
