What color hair extensions should I get with black hair?

Well I have long black plain hair and I would love to play it up with some color. I have olive colored skin...light brown eyes. My style is extremely edgy. Please help.What color hair extensions should I get with black hair?
I'd say dirty blonde or a darker color. You'll want to play off of your skin tone and eye color. Another thing is you may want to think about what color clothes you tend to wear. Clashing could be an issue. I personally love purple with black hair, and i think this would also go with your skin tone, however, it depends what look you are going for...


I like the idea of the dirty blonde colour, and if you were to dye this rather than use extensions, then you could try putting blonde under the fringe if you have one, so that it shows through. This would look great with black hair because of the contrast :)

well i am a hair extention specialist... i would suggest to you that if your hair is a flat black color... go for extentions same color and get highlights of reds.. copper... or even blonde put through your real hair and few in the extentions providing they are real hair ones.. this will highlight your hair... some girls put bright coloured hair extentions underneath...doesnt appeal to me.. the girls hair i have specialised in has been always darker underneath and highlighted ontop... clip in extentions are great... they are alot of fun and you can lighten them to a copper color by taking sections of it and dying them with a 30 volume bleach will make them copper... best to not die all only in sections to blend with your hair...then left overs get someone to put through your hair and you will acheive the same copper highlights... so go black extentions you wont regret. :-) cheers
dark brown highlights cus it will go well with your hair and skin shade, it will also go with your eyes cus it is the same colour but a different shade so it wont look boring it'll look cool
the colour you should use should be bright pink almost fuchsia-rish.


Blue could work and so could could marron.And finally purple.
you could try a kind of dark brown or if you like the look of highlights, try a lightish blond. (strawbery blond)
maybe light brown or dark blue or red blue lukz nice but your choice .
I always thought red highlights/extensions looked really sexy on girls with long black hair.
