What kind of hair extensions are the best?

I'm looking to buy hair extensions for prom. I was just wondering what you would recommend? I'd like to get something under like $60 if thats possible. It doesn't have to be human hair either.. I just need something kind of curly or wavy or that i can use a curling iron on. Thanks! What kind of hair extensions are the best?
there are some good ones at sally's by revlon for $40.

here's a wavy hair one. http://www.sallybeauty.com/Hair-Extensio/a>

there's also more to choose on the site. What kind of hair extensions are the best?
Since it's for prom, I recommend HeadKandy. They're clip-on extensions and there are plenty of YouTube tutorials on how to use them. My hair is too thick so I shouldn't add any more, but if I were to use extensions it would be these. Check out their website http://www.headkandy.com/

Thing is, they're kind of expensive. The super long ones are 200 dollars (for the complete 10-piece set) but it's worth it if you don't want like doll hair extensions. They're good quality.

But I think they have a pretty good return fee. They give you like 10 days to return them if you're not satisfied, so why not?
You could try ebay, you never know where it comes from though, and it may be dirty. Try wearing your hair natural. or you could always go to claires and buy some cheap ones.
Unless you get human hair then you can't use heat styling on them. Non human hair or known as synthetic hair will melt if you use heat so unfortunately you will have to spend a little more and get human hair extensions or just try and find some that are already curly that are synthetic. A lot of synthetic hair isn't very good quality though and is either really thin, too shiny, and/or feels fake. So it's up to you. You can great quality human hair extensions for about $80.00 at foxylocksextensions.com and that's a fantastic price. You can google and find a lot of websites that sell synthetic hair or you can go to sally's beauty supply.
Human hair extensions you can get them on trade websites for like 20 bucks.(lowest price selection)

And yeah human hair lasts extensions for a year and you can use irons on them and dye them.
Hair extensions are made from a range of human and synthetic fibers. Synthetic fibers include Kanekalon and Toyokalon, and can differ from brand to brand. Synthetic hair in general is far less expensive than human hair, and is available in a wide array of colors and textures, from natural to extraordinary. Hair extensions can be a one-night change or one that lasts six months. Clip-on hair extensions are a temporary solution, and their price reflects that. Hair Replacement Centers offer clip-ons from $19.50 to $269 for a kit. Hair extension will not take much time to fix with in your original hair. Hair extensions will fulfill your dream of getting long hair what you desired. Patricia hair extension salon offers all types of human hair extensions at affordable prices And the prices, not expensive for the high quality.
As the purpose for your hair extension is for prom, I wud suggest you to buy a synthentic one rather than a virgin remi hair. Remi would be much costlier compared to synthetic.

I am sure you can get a quality hair extension http://beautysassy.com/
If you are looking for curly or wavy hair that you can manipulate or curl yourself you will want to get human extensions.

Some synthetic extensions come curly, but they can be very hard to manoeuvre into a style.

That being said, if you are looking for colors other than natural colors, like blondes and browns, and reds - then synthetic hair may be your best bet - as they usually come in a wide range of neaon colors that don't fade.
