HOW TO APPLY HAIR EXTENSIONS WITH THE HAIR EXTENSION IRON ..?

I've got Human Hair Extensions in before, sister put them in and the micro loops were already attached to them, took them out and bought some more extensions, and these ones were different, they were micro rings but were not attached yet, so i bought a hair extension iron online and no instructions were given with it whatsoever, can anyone give me some step by step instructions on how to apply extensions with the extension iron ..HOW TO APPLY HAIR EXTENSIONS WITH THE HAIR EXTENSION IRON ..?
