Can sally's hair extension fall out when you jog?

i jog track at school and i was wondering if they fall out easily. also do they itch or fall out easily?

I have the Jessica Simpson 'Hair Do' clip in extensions...and I found out today (running for the phone) that they surprisingly do not fall out while running. However I feel like wearing them to run track would be a bit annoying, because...I assume you'll be sweating, and the hair will only make you feel hotter, and therefore, more sweaty. Ew!





They itch a little, but only sometimes. If you buy the right ones though, it's totally worth it. I love them!!!Can sally's hair extension fall out when you jog?
I have a friend that buys them there and they don't seem to be a problem.
just tie them up when you are active. if they swing around they are more likely to come loose
