We are Hair Extension company. Is there a chemical that can turn black hair to complete white?

I am looking for a chemical that can turn black hair into complete white. I heard there is a chemical known as blanquet( a french term for white). Has anyone heard about it? Can Hydroquniane chemical be used for whitening Remy hair? I don't want to use 40 volume or 30 volume solutions. We are looking for something that can whiten bulk hair.
