I have some grown out hair extension bonds. How do I get these out without ripping out my own hair?

I know you are supposed to use pliers and break the bond then gently pull out but I have no pliers. Is this the only way??I have some grown out hair extension bonds. How do I get these out without ripping out my own hair?

just like throw your hair in a pony tail and run to sally's beauty supply, they sell stuff specifically for that. and theres also this shampoo stuff to wash your hair out with that should get the extra little pieces left behind.I have some grown out hair extension bonds. Its the only safe way. Get some pliers or get them taken out professionally. Please dont do anything else, you'll regret it
