What is a better hair extension micro link or dream catchers?

I already have the clip in kind but I want to get actual ones put it. I either want to do the dream catchers one or the micro link what is the difference and which one is better?What is a better hair extension micro link or dream catchers?
I prefer the micro link method. I have a friend who had them done and it was really nice....better than the Jessica Simpson ones. I am thinking of getting it done too.
