What is the best hair extension out there and where can I find a salon that does them?

I'm looking for a person that does hair extensions but I'm a little confused as to what kind of method I want.. Whether its Microchet(sp) fusion.. etc... If any one knows a good place to do extensions or find nice affordable hair please give me your feedback.........What is the best hair extension out there and where can I find a salon that does them?
