How do I get a mixture of hair extension glue and the remover oil out of my hair?

I had extension for graduation and the day after i wanted to take them out so I bought Proclaim super bond remover oil. My extensions are out but now my hair is a gross oily and sticky glue mess. I have to work among other things. What will get this out?How do I get a mixture of hair extension glue and the remover oil out of my hair?
I have the same problem too! I have this thick sludge at my roots and my hair looks disgusting! A lot of people are saying conditioner and a comb or even peanut butter...It's worth a shot!
